At a loss and asking for help: PRK/Lasik and Halos

I'm at my wit's end and hoping the redditor community can help me with some advice concerning problems I've later developed from having PRK/Lasik done on my eyes.

Growing up, I had two very different prescriptions in either eye; one was near sighted, the other was far-sighted. This caused major headaches constantly for me as I got older so I looked into getting Lasik done to equal out my vision. The doctor I went to was, and still is, considered great in his field and came highly recommended. I didn't go into this without great research first, the problem is, after the first surgery, my near sighted eye took very well and images are crystal clear. The far-sighted eye however, is a mess. The first six months after the surgery, the vision in that eye was so blurry, I went back for an enhancement. Well now I'm on my seventh month after the enhancement and I am struggling with massive halos around everything. Driving at night is incredibly difficult and distracting and even during the day, they're a problem if I walk into a dimly lit room. The problem, I've been told, is that I have large pupils, 8mm. This was never mentioned as an issue before I had the surgery or the enhancement, and my doctor is basically pushing me aside and being very nonchalant, sometimes even annoyed by the fact I have questions. My question to you guys and anyone with knowledge on these procedures, is is there anything I can do? I've tried voicing my concerns and I feel like the doctor is refusing to take me seriously.

I'm sorry for the massive block of text above, but it feels a little better to know this board exists and to get it out. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry you are having such great difficulty. A wonderful option would be to try a Gas Perm Contact lens. I know...you did all this to get out of the contacts, but this would at least show you if you can have good vision or not. Another option would be to try a pupil constricting drop such as alphagan. Also, seek a second opinion.

Thank you so much for replying, I'm sorry for the delay in reply. Would it be possible for the surgeon to try another enhancement on the eye with the pupil fully dilated, then reaching the areas that weren't fixed the first time? Also, what would e the reason behind an eye not taking to the surgery not once, but twice? Thank you so much yet again for your expertise.
