Below My Eye Movement

This is a weird one (I can' find any information on it). Below my right eye (where one would have 'bags' under their eye) jumps/moves when I say words that begin with a 'P', 'B', 'M' or 'F'...I assume that this is my muscle that surrounds the eye (it begins at the corner and circle under the eye). Like I said, I can't find any information on this. What is it?

I am 29 on BP med. (norvasc 5mg)...other than that, nothing. I have allergies and asthma. I have an apointment to see my opthalmologist next week. Just thought that I'd try to research it first.
Thanks

I am not sure.  See an ophthalmologist.

How old are you?  Any trauma, strokes, hypertension, or diabetes?
