Bilateral Monocular diplopia (Ghost Images)

Hi ! Since December 2016 I've been having problems with my vision. I have 1 diopter of astigmatism with-the-rule and noticed that I started seeing ghost images that get worse  as my pupil dilates, especially at night. I had a Pentacam test that ruled out Keratoconus or any corneal abnormalities. What got my attention was my natural lenses densitometry and some lines/surfaces that look like opacities. Could it be cataracts ? Thanks !

Dr. Hagan, I still have these ghost images even with glasses on. Pinhole makes it disappear.

Normal refraction:
OD: Cyl 1.0 Axis 180
OS: Cyl 1.0 Axis 180
Cycloplegic refraction:
OD: Cyl 1.0 Sph - 0.25
OS: Cyl 1.0 Sph - 0.25
part of the RX is mission there should be sphere then cylinder with plus or minus sign and axis.

I don't use the pentacam so I won't attempt to interpret. The most common causes would be: incorrect glasses RX,  glasses RX not fit properly, optical aberrations in the lens material,  lens opacities/cataracts, macula problems.  And that would only be a problem if you have ghost images with your glasses on not with them off.
