Black Speck in Inner Corner of left eye

I've had a black speck in the inner corner of my right eye for about five years now. It does not hurt, move or obstruct my vision in anyway but it does feel like it has some mass to it; meaning that when I am tried and my eyes are a bit puffy if I'm paying attention to it I do feel it slightly under my lower eyelid. It really cannot be seen in normal everyday life and I haven't gotten any comments about it, but it seems when I'm tried it sticks out a bit more (because my under eye skin is puffy and is pushing it up maybe??) What could this be and should I be considered about it health wise?

Listen. Go ahead and have it looked at by an ophthalmologist.  It could just be a small freckle or nevus (most likely) but I have seen patients where I ended up pulling out a chronically embedded foreign oblject or several sorts over the years.  Again, have it checked out.
