accidental eye lash loss

I'm embrassed to say that i pulled out several of my upper eyelashes,only after thinking i had a hair bump on my eye lid. Needless to say i didnt even get close to bump?stye. Will my lashes grow back and what can i do to stop the pain that ive been having in my eye.It ictches,is dry and throbbing with pain at times

Eyelashes do grow back.  I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD to determine the cause of your itchiness and throbbing and obtain appropriate treatment.

Usually they will grow back, provided you are in good health with no metabolic or systemic diseases and you have good eyelid health.  Please see an ophthalmologist to see about the eye and eyelid irritation. I can't give direct treatment advise for you since I am not your doctor.
