Blurred vision dilated pupils

I went to the hospital with a migraine and was givien compazine for it.  I had a very bad reaction to it and went back to the ER. They gave me benztropine and benedryll to help the adverse reaction to the compazine.  It has been 3 days since i have taken any of those three medicines and i still have blurred vision and dilated pupils.  I was wondering if anyone has had the blurry vision like this and how long the blurry vision could go on for?

Usually the blurred vison with a visual migraine only lasts 15-30 minutes.  It is possible that the blurred vision is due to medication side effects but we cannot be certain of that.  Please see an ophthalmologist as soon as possible to determine exactly what is going on.

Some medications can make your eyes dry. I think benadryl is one of them. Try using artificial tears. Perhaps get your eyes checked to be sure.
