Brain Tumors?

For those of us who ultimately fear a brain tumor when our eyes get whacky, what the typical red flag symptoms for such a thing? Which visual symptoms make you send the patient straight for an MRI of the brain?

Nothing should make you run straigt to a $1400 MRI. If you have eye symptoms run to a Eye MD ophthalmologist. Find one at www.aao.org

Some worrisome symptoms might include double vision, loss of peripheral vision, severe headaches with nausea and vomiting, dilated pupil on one side, droopy eyelid. Other things can cause these besides brain tumors.
