Brochlor eye drops

A few hours after using Brochlor eye drops to treat conjunctivitis I have completely lost my taste and sense of smell. I don't have a cold or blocked nose. Is this normal as side effect not stated. Will this last a long time? Am I damaging something by using drops? Thank you.

I'm sorry you are having this reaction. I unfortunately don't see it as a side effect either. You should seek medical attention soon. I wish I could be of more assistance today.

Best wishes,
Timothy D. McGarity, M.D.
