Bubble or clear bump and thick area in white of left eye? Pic included

See what I mean? That’s not a trick of the light you can see it in video and other photos too. Eye had lensectomy/IOL insertion at 5 for congenital cataracts.  Just noticed this... is this concerning? I’m sure it hasn’t been there forever.

They are seeing me tomorrow.. any ideas at all? Doesn’t look like the stuff they say is cholesterol or whatever that some people get. Does look or feel like a cyst really.
The clear water blister like thing looks like a common conjunctival cyst.  They are harmless and usually require no treatment. If they get large easy to drain at the biomicroscope there is something at the lower, outer that I can't see well.
