I have CME (macular pucker) and the central foveal thickness is 382 right eye
My left eye (normal eye) is 267 This is using the cirrus machine
At this point and with this amount of difference I have been on predforte and acular way too long
What is the next best step to getting this resolved???

Your pucker is causing your CME. Get another opinion from a different retinal specialist. You might also do some online research to better educate yourself about your condition. Emedicine has a good article about CME related to macular puckers (aka epiretinal membranes.) Their suggested treatment for the CME invovlves peeling the pucker.
