I would suggest you start by discussing this with your retina surgeon. Dislocation of an IOL (intraocular lens) is a known complication of RD surgery and can occur to even the most skilled and careful surgeon. Replacing and reposition and IOL is unsual and something most regular cataract surgeons rarely have to do. Your retina surgeon can probably refer you to a cataract/cornea specialist in your area that specializes in post operative cataract surgery complications. Special techniques like "scleral fixation" are often necessary to keep the IOL centered in the proper position.
Know also when you have a RD in one eye especially if both eyes have had cataract surgery the risk of another RD in your fellow eye is high, perhaps as high as 10% discuss this also with your retina surgeon.
