Can anyone tell me what these two eye issues are?

Recently, I've started noticing two new things going on with my eyes. I've had floaters my entire life so I know that neither of these things are floaters.

1) This one has been going on for a while but it feels like its gotten worse lately. It happens mostly when I wake up in the morning, but it also occurs after looking at screens or when standing up after sitting for a long time.
Basically, whenever I look to the side, I see large dark blobs appear.
It happens in both eyes. Its incredibly noticeable if I look to the left while turning my head to the right or vice versa. They're almost like blind spots and can vary in size and intensity.
Another way I can make them appear is by rapidly shaking my head back and forth. When I do that, I get two very distinct blobs right in the center of my vision accompanied by pain towards the back of both of my eyes.
Not sure what this is about.

2) This one is more new, and I only ever notice it in my left eye. Whenever light rapidly enters and exits my eye (for example, when light shines into my eye through the passing trees as I drive), I can see the veins in my eye.
I've experienced this phenomenon before at the eye doctor when they shine the very bright light directly into my eye, but now its happening simply while driving.
I also noticed the veins earlier while laughing, despite light not even shining into my eye.

I've got pretty bad anxiety and am always assuming the absolute worst. I worry myself sick about health related issues. I have a family history of MS so I'm hoping these arent neurological problems or something.
I got an MRI about 3 years ago and it came out fine.
I got an eye exam about 8 months ago and it came out fine.
I'm 25 if that helps. Thanks!

2. Is easy to answer. Normal people can see the vein in their eye under the proper lighting situation. It's called an entopic or entoptic phenomena. There is a great section in widipedia.  The vein pattern is called the Purkinje  Tree.   link  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entoptic_phenomenon

Number 1 is more difficult. Some people see their nose when looking to the side and describe it as a black blob. Because this is new you will need to see an ophthalmologist Eye MD for a complete exam.  You should also have a visual field examination (peripheral vision test). Sometimes these are difficult to schedule if you just go in for regular exam so you might see if you can schedule both at the same time.
