Dear Tom121212,
There are a number of treatments for anterior basement membrane dystrophy including the use of topical salt solutions, a bandage contact lens, anterior stromal puncture [or a procedure of inducing scarring to form a tighter bond] or a procedure known as superficial epithelial keratectomy. Seek the care of the doctor covering for your eyeMD if you are concerned.

Sorry about your problems. I don't understand how further yag treatments would make any difference. It sounds like you have a non-healing corneal erosion???? At this point you just need to see a corneal specialist ophthalmologist and there are many different treatments that can be tried. Get a second opinion and work with the new ophthalmologist to get this situation taken care of.
