Question about my eye and blind spot is this normal?

If i close my right eye and look around with my left eye ill notice certain objects in my perpheral vision disappear like if I am looking straight at a doornob lets say, I cover my right eye  then i take my left eye and look a little bit past the door nob it disappears from my peripheral vision, It happens with any object i do this too. Is this normal? is this a normal blind spot? thanks

There is a normal blind spot about 15 degrees toward your ear.  If this is a change it can be due to a problem.  You can see an ophthalmologist and get a visual field test.

If you star at an object without moving your eye it tends to "disappear."  This is normal
