eye redness

Can prosthetic contact lenses work to 'mask' redness in eyes? Who should I consult regarding this issue? I ask because drops and surgery are out of the question.

The prosthetic contact can be used for a severly damaged eye for cosmetic improvment.  It would not be appropriate just to cover redness.   You would need to get at the root cause, otherwise the contact would just worseen the underlying problem.  Now if you want to get into a discussion about how to work with your redness problem, that is is more realistic situation.
