Central Retinal Artery Occlusion

My 77 year old mom diagnosed with Central Retinal Artery Occlusion today in India . She lost vision in other eye completely because of diabetic retinopathy 3 years ago and now she lost Complete vision in the this eye because of Central Retinal Artery Occlusion.
Is there any treatment for this to retrieve back her vision?

Not after a period of days to weeks.  Within first 24 hours there are some treatments tried like CO2 inhalation and in some centers central retinal artery angiography and treatment with thromboplastin  but even these are rarely successful.

Thanks Dr John Hagan, is there any chance that she can regain her vision in a while, at least Blurry vision?
As I said if it has been more than 2 months and she has not regained any sight any improvement is unlikely. Sorry.
Thanks Dr John Hagan, she was diagnosed a week ago , 48 hours after her symptoms appeared.I was told that doctor didn’t recommend any treatment for her.
By searching online , I found that eylea  and avastin are using as a treatment for this condition.
Would like to know if this treatment has any success rate ? Any side effects?
Also I’m not sure whether this treatment is available in India, would like to know from forum members if you have any idea about this treatment in India?
Sorry, she was diagnosed 36 hours after her symptoms started .
Those are called VEGF inhibitors and used when there is partial articial occlusion, the eye gets short of blood (ischemia) and develops abnormal blood vessels (neovascularization)  Not help total CRAO.
Thanks Dr Hagan.
Sorry I could not be more hopeful
