Central Serous Retinopathy (CSR) and Sinus

I am a 37 year old male.  I was diagonized for CSR on my right eye about a year and half ago.  I dont have CSR now - seems fully cured.  I no longer see the oval grey spot from my right eye.  However about the same time around one and half years now I am having sneezing and Sinus related issues.  I visited a lot of ENT specialists and nothing seems to work.  The days I have more runny nose and sneezing, I am having slight head aches and a very slight pain on my right eye.  I am not sure if both are connected.  Can anyone suggest any remedy for my problem.

P.S - I live in Dubai and the dust pollution here is very high.  I tried allergy medication as well, but is only for temprory use.

Thank you for your help.

CSR was around long before computers, iphones, tablets, etc.  CSR  is not due to coughing or flying on an airplane.  The exact cause is unknown. The relationship to "stress" is not proven.  JCH MD

i'll take note for that, Thanks for your opinion :)
it seems most of the CSR patient have a similarity of working long hour in front of computer screen (including me,i even starring on the mobile screen for hours in low light condition). and I'm wondering air pressure on plane and bad cough may be the cause. Possibility not a certainty.

Standard treatment is to wait and see if the fluid absorbs by itself over several months of observation. Yes the laser has side effects including that it sometimes doesn't work and the CSR does not go away or that it causes scarring/bleeding/swelling. It is however a low risk (not a no risk) operation. I'm 35 years old male mobile app developer diagnosed with CSR last 2 weeks , i was suffering bad flu & cough during my travel on aeroplane, i notice a yellowish grey spot on my right eye 2 hours later after arriving on the destination.
I've visit the eye specialist doctor and he told me laser is the only way to get rid the CSR, but he suggest to observe the condition for another 1 or 2 month before taking the action to do laser.
My question is , any side effect of doing laser operation? or shall i just wait until my eye recover by it self?
Thanks for sharing

I do not think there is any research on the role of diet in preventing or treating CSR. Only the treating ophthalmologist can determine if RX is needed and which treatment is indicated. It sounds like he is under the care of an ophthalmologist

My father has a serious history of CSR. He is a glaucoma patient also. In the right eye he has suffered 3 attacks in the last 3 months. the first attack was in June 2015 which was treated through laser, the second attack was in September which was treated by Lucemtis Injection and just after 15 days another attack has reoccurred.
Please suggest possible treatments and anything that must be included in the diet plan to avoid attacks so often.
