Change in Vision

I've actually had  two different eye problems, the other post I started, that problem seems to be under control, not sure if this problem I'm now posted is related, but, here it is:
For the few weeks, my vision, both distant and reading, is becoming more blurry. Here is some history on me..., Two years ago, I had both cataract and glaucoma surgery done on me. I now have acrylic foldable IOL's artificial lenses that replaced my natural lenses which had cataracts in them.
My vision has been pretty good since the surgery, two years ago, but, now, seems like almost every day, it's getting worse, especially last few days. It's like my glasses make it worse. As a matter of fact, as far as distance vision, I could see better without my glasses, than with them. But, now, it doesn't matter ( on distance vision ). No matter if I have my glasses on, or off, vision is blurry.  If I put on reading glasses, that seems to help, some, for close of vision.
My doctor is aware of this, ( last visit was January 24th, but, like I said, it seems even more blurry, last couple of days. Doctor said that could be normal, a vision change? Is it? What I mean is, a lot of vision change. Like I need  real strong glasses, both for reading and distant.

They ( both doctors that examined me this past month) didn't find any significant change in eye pressure. They didn't mention any problem with the bleb. She did a new check of my vision for new glasses. That did change, and, I haven't got them in yet, the new glasses, should get them any day, but, I have a  feeling they really won't help much. That examination was done January 24th, and, on February 4th, 5th, I notice my eyes being more myopic, and, close up vision worse.
I will know more when glasses come in. Maybe they will correct close enough. The  good news, my other eye problem I posted about seems to be fine. No more pain and a lot less watering in that eye. I'm happy about that.

After cataract surgery, your glasses perscription should not change much.  It may however if there is a change in the eye pressure (significant) or if there is a change in the shape of the bleb from the glaucoma surgery that gives you a different degree of astigmatism.  If the glaucoma surgeon said everything is otherwise ok, just get a new check for glasses and see how you do with a new pair.
