Cilicon Oil Causeing my eye pressure to stay elevated?
Yes, I am a 16 year old male, and I have a left eye injury and if had over 4 surgires due to Retnial detachmant/Fluid in the back of the eye. My pressure has been in the Area od 30-40. And my eye doctors are ALERTED, they are telling me that its the cilicon oil in my eye, is that possible, because I already got a secound opinion and see what he says before we decide on haveing surgry. And Opinions? If more information is needs, please let me know.

You need something done soon as an eye can't handle a pressure of 30-40 for long. There are multiple surgical options and secondary glaucoma in an eye with silicone oil is common. You need to make sure you are seeing a glaucoma specialist for this.

Yes I have seen a glacuoma doctor he has put me on 3 new drops and I have to have surgery Oct 24 to remove the oil. And he said that that should take cate of the pressure. Do you know any good Cornea specialist?
