Is there a reason you have not visited an ophthalmologist to ask why the vision in your right eye is declining?

If you were comfortable with the doctor who did your cataract surgery 4 years ago, and still live nearby, you could start by seeing that doctor again.  If not, please post your country and general location and someone here will help you identify how to find a new ophthalmologist.  Or you can ask your regular doctor or optometrist to recommend an ophthalmologist to consult.

There are several things that could cause this type of vision change, and there may be things the ophthalmologist can do to improve your vision depending on what is happening.

I can't think of a better option for you than making an ophthalmologist appointment now for an exam.  Be sure to tell the doctor when your symptoms began, what vision problems you have, and bring a list of any other health problems as well as all medications, vitamins and supplements you take.

Good luck - I hope you get a quick answer and that the cause of the blurriness and clouding can be remedied.
