Constant eye pressure, dizzyness. HELP PLEASE

Greetings.
Iv'e turned to this forum as I have an ongoing issue that Dr.s have be unable to solve with certainty.  Please assist.  Up until last month I was an active, seemingly healthy 35 year old until I cam across a sharp eye pain in my left eye.  I figured it was job related as I am on a computer 8+ hrs daily and thought it was some sort of eye strain.  Went to see an eye Dr., was told that my eye was inflamed, received some eye drops and was on my way. (This was approx 5 weeks ago).  Since then I have gone to see multiple dr.s as I now have pressure/pain in both eyes (esp while exercising, reading, watching tv).  After 30 minutes of the before mentioned activities BOTH eyes become inflamed and bloodshot.  If I move my pupils around, they hurt at times. I am also dizzy and highly light sensative.  Everything infact appears to be brighter.  Mind you I have seen 3 eye MDs (last being Wills Eye in Philly), an ENT, and a Chriopractor. Each eye MD has run extensive test, each time passing and being told that it is NOT my eyes, possibly nero related.  I was in Jefferson Hospital 2 weeks ago and admitted for 7 days w/sever headache and eye pain and treated with DHE each day as the nuro team diagnosed me with an ocular migrane.  I left the hospital with no changes.  Lastly as of two days ago I went to the Jefferson Headach clinic and they confirmed that this "most likely" is an occular migarne.  I have been on INDOCIN and NORTRIPTYLINE since leaving the hospital.  The Dr's have upped my NORTIPTYLING from 25mg to 50mg daily and told me that it takes a while (give it another couple of weeks).  I have had no changes.  Constant eye pressure, eyes turning red, dizzyness for the past 5 weeks (and I have been out of work the entire time).  My next follow-up appointment is with the Jefferson headache clinic in June.  Trying to hang in there, but it's getting harder w/each passing day.  Continued...

Dear g1111,

As you have undergone extensive testing and are still symptomatic, I would recommend that you seek the care of an eyeMD to determine possible causes.  You might need a neuro-ophthalmologist and/or corneal specialist.  Continuing to seek help if you are not improving is reasonable approach.  Have you been tested for dry eyes, inflammation inside the eyes, sinus conditions, MS, to name a few possible diagnoses?

I would get a CT scan or MRI on my head. Good Luck!
