clear vision when i wake up from sleep and goes blurry as time passes by

I play computer games for many hours everyday.
I notice during or After Using the computer, i experience blurry vision together with headache


I Also notice, My vision is clear when i Wake up from sleep (like no trace of any blurry vision). BUT after an hour or so, My vision goes blurred again and my eyes feel Something like tired.

Im so Worried now

You need to get an eye exam.  Most likely, you need glasses, probably hyperopia.

I forgot to mention,
I always sleep late at night, somewhere around 12 midnight or beyond (1 0r 2 am)
For short, i got lack of sleep
