Could there be something wrong with my eyes?

I have been having derealization and dizziness and feeling a little dreamy with some eye problems lately and i was thinking if i should see an eye specialist or its anxiety related. I suffer from anxiety and had a panic attack few months ago. I had the CT scan from my head about 4-5 months ago which came back normal. Personally i think it might be anxiety related but i want to make sure. i would appreciate if anyone with the knowledge could answer my question. Could this be related to my eyes or any eye problems? Last time i have checked my eyes was a few months ago but it wasnt anything more than a general eye examination.

these are the symptoms im currently experiencing right now
derealization, feeling dreamy, foggy vision & not being able to focus on a word written on the board, headaches (some days), dizziness which gets worse at the end of the day..these are all anxiety symptoms too thats why i dont really know if i should be worried or not.

I had the very same symptoms & went through the same tests you had.  For me, it was anxiety-related.  I also realized that I was tensing up my forehead during the day at work or when I was nervous about something.  I tried to be conscious of that & relax my forehead whenever I caught myself tensing up & that relieved many of my eye symptoms eventually.  Hope this helps.

Yes, these symptoms could definitely be related to an anxiety disorder as well as many of the medications used to treat the disorder.  I would have a very complete examination with an ophthalmologist first, then if everything checks out OK with the eyes, you might consider proceeding with the working assumption that it might be anxiety related.  Remember, I am not your doctor and this is not meant to be taken as direct advise regarding your specific care - you need to see your own personal doctors for that.
