DO u think it will effective to have this surgery ?~ i mean can my left eye vision be restored again and my eye pupils be balanced again or no ?~
Also ,, do they perform the surgery in the effective eye only or in both eyes ?~
and is there a possibility that the drift come back again later in my 40s or 50 or when i get older ?!
what is the success rates of this surgery in people who are 20 years old ?~ will it succeed or no ?~

The blind eye will often start to drift either inward or outward.  That is a very common thing and will give the appearance of one eye wandering out or in. That can sometims be fixed with strabismus surgery but with a blind eye, the success rate is lower since it can be hard to make the eye maintain visual fixation.  See a pediatric ophthalmologist to discuss surgical options for this sitation.

Now one other point.  Please understand that there is a significan risk to wearing contact lenses especially since you only have one eye.  The risk of a serious, vision threatening corneal infection can be very significant particularly if you sleep in the contacts or don't car for them properly. Please, never sleep in the contacts for starters, and make sure you have a good pair of glasses to wear as much as possible (and make sure the glasses have protective polycarbonate lenses.)
