Dark brown spot on white of eye

Hello Sir - If I pull my eye skin and see inside eye, on white of eye I see dark brown spots.
Is that because of vitamin A deficiency (bitot spot)or normal freckle?

Of course it's impossible to tell you for sure without looking. But if its been there for many years and not changed it's not likely serious. These dark sports are more more common in individuals with dark/black skin and much less common in fair complected peoples.  Vitamin A deficiency is not at all likely a cause especially if you eat even a reasonable diet.
Thank you Sir
Anyway they can disappear ?  I guess they are because I did not eat healthy in childhood - vitamin A may be.
It has nothing to do with your diet. These are like 'freckles" on the outer layer of the eye. skin freckles are not due to diet. If you have brown eyes and dark skin more people have these than don't have them.
