Do LED house lights damage eyes?

For the past 8 years or so I have slept with my lights on which are led's. I usually leave 1 kitchen light on and sleep in my living room. When I wake up in the morning my eyes do feel a little strained. I am unable to sleep with the lights off as I have insomnia or something.  Now I am questioning my eye health as I've been doing this for almost a decade. As I've heard there are studies that say led's damage eyes?

No problem. Sleep soundly.  A study showed sleeping with "night lights" does not cause myopia or eye disease.
