I would be very cautious and not rush into surgery.

I am using some eye drops to keep it white by visiting an opthalmologist. He told to continue the drops for 1 month but he told to don't pursue a surgery on that eye. But I also visited another famous opthalmologist of my country, he told to do a surgery at the age of 17 from Sankara netralaya...so can you give me any suggestion that what should I do now? By the way now my age is 17..
But my eye sometimes been white and sometimes turn into yellow...so what can I do now?
If the scar is "inactive" you might pursue a surgery for repair, but if it's still "active" and red as you describe, then I would treat the inflammation until it's completely inactive. You need to seek the expertise of an ophthalmologist.
