Double vision

I took a fall 8 months ago off of a 2 step platform and onto a cement floor face first, my knees too brunt of fall and body slammed to ground with my head turned to the left, I stiffened up and threw my hands down so my face wouldn't hit the pavement, it didn't.  I have had neck and eye problems ever since.. I go to massage therapy which helps somewhat but doesn't last, some of my symptoms, were light sensitivity, blurred and double vision, vertigo, high pitch ringing in my left ear.  Now a lot of this has been tamed by the massage therapy, but not completely, this has been on going for eight months, I can't lift anything really over 15lbs without getting cockeyed, double vision, it lasts only for a few minutes.  I also had terrible headaches and muscle spasms in my neck and should , mid back region.  I didn't just have a  xray again showing c3 c4 neural foramen narrowing.  I can't figure out why my eye's seem to be involved.  I had a eye exam 2 months after the fall they couldn't find anything except I had extreme dry eyes.  I see more floaters in m right eye and the vision in my right eye still isn't right...any idea's  Jayna

You may have some damage to the nerves that control the eyes.  Please see a neuro-ophthalmologist.
