Drusen Syndrome and Treatments

I am blind in the left eye and told I will be blind in 3 mos in the right eye as well.  Any treatments, anything to help perserve the sight I have?

It depends on the reason you are going Blind. Is it in the eye or brain? Have you been born with this or has it elapsed over time? Is it a  hereditary degenerative disorder? These are all factors to take into consideration.

Please get an appointment with a board-certified ophthalmolgist that is a retinal specialist.  There are excellent and exciting new treatments available but you need to see the specialist to see if you are a candidate.  You haven't supplied enough information in order to help you more here.
