Dry eyes, gritty sensations
Hello
I am experiencing chronically dry eyes with gritty, scarping-like sensation. I have tried hypermellose eye drops but they only seem to really help for an hour or two and then it is back to the distressing situation.
Is there a treatment that works for longer?
Are there permanent treatments?
I believe that this has been onset following laser eye surgery a few years back. My eyes have never been the same.
