Dry eyes? Eye and head pain.

Hello,
I’m currently being checked for Sjögren’s and today I’m on day two of my mysterious head aches that I get weekly. My eyes are acting up now that I have it, it feels like they move involunteraliy in my head (sort of like when you’re extremely sleepy and they roll back in your head but I can’t tell my what I’m seeing that they’re not rolling that much) and when I’m reading something they’re not following properly. It also hurts pretty badly in my right eye and temple lobe when I look all the way to the right.

So I got up and tried some eye drops I have for if I wear contacts and the pain when I look right went away straight away. They also seem to move more willingly and normally.

Could these be some more rare symptoms of just dry eyes? That I haven’t picked up on? My vision is showing on tests that it’s gotten worse however my eyes don’t like when we try to correct it with new glass on my glasses. I get blurred vision daily, feels like I got something sticky in my eyes that I try to rub away. I got horrible night vision and I’m light sensitive. I also feel that it takes a lot of effort to cry tears although I absolutely can.

Is there a check I can do at home while I wait for my next appointment?

No not really any test you can do. Do you wear contacts?
