Exophoria

Greetings..
i have a 2.8 years old baby girls, and i have noticed before 1 month that her left eye moves to the left side once we cover her right eye, and her right eye moves to the right side when we cover her right eye. i went to 3 Dr.s, each said something different.. so I'm really confused of what should i do.. every one said that she should wear a glasses but each gave me different measures, one of them is a specialist in Strabismus and he said just give her the glasses and wait 4 months, and expect that her case of exophoria will increase :SS..

results #1:
Right eye: [sph: +0.75   cyl:-0.5     axis:180]    Left eye: [sph: -1.28   cyl:-1     axis:0]

results #2:
Right eye: [sph: --         cyl:-1        axis:180]    Left eye: [sph: --        cyl:-1     axis:180]

results #3:
Right eye: [sph: +1       cyl:-0.5      axis:180]   Left eye: [sph: +2      cyl:-1.5   axis:175]

so i went to make her glasses, but even while she is wearing glasses, her eyes did the same when we hide an eye, so... what should i do?? please help me
