Eye Blotches with Headaches

I am having a problem with my eyes.  But before I begin let me mention that I do not have insurance or the funds to see a doctor.  My vision goes blotchy off and on.  It's blotchy, almost like a kaleidoscope and it varies in degrees.  I always get head pain with it.  It lasts no particular length of time, however the headache lasts longer than the vision problem.  And theres no regularity with how often it happens.  However it has been happening for quiet a while now.

The following exercise will help both the headache and the eye problem.Do it twice a day.If you feel tired or dizzy, stop and resume later.Come back after 7 days to report progress and I will suggest additional exercise to help you.
Anulom Vilom –
Close your right nostril with thumb and deep breath-in through left nostril  
then – close left nostril with two fingers and breath-out through right nostril  
then -keeping the left nostril closed  deep breath-in through right nostril
then - close your right nostril with thumb and breath-out through left nostril.
This is one cycle of anulom vilom.
Repeat this cycle for 20 to 30  minutes twice a day(maximum 60 minutes in one day).
You can do this before breakfast/lunch/dinner or before bedtime or in bed.Remember to take deep long breaths into the lungs.You can do this while sitting on floor or chair or lying in bed.

cheapest migraine control, is to diary and note triggers. My triggers, took me a while to figure it out, number one allergies, mine cigarette smoke, I could time it, within one hour of being, even where someone did smoke if closed in, I would get a migraine, two- cats, so I don't visit- those with cats ;allergist helped me with that one.
Another trigger, Since I am off my pain meds, I use liquor, tylenol or advil, although you should not drink alcohol with tylenol-- monthly menstrual cycle. Progesterone? one of the female  hormones causes migraines, and increases all pain already have in body. Might be able to manipulate foods that time of month, to lessen. I get at least one migraine hit day, a month,regardless. Use imitrex, unless no cash, plus wanted to stop med, so I have a few liquor shots, and rest if I can. Cheapest migraine control.
If daily, then neck, or shoulder muscle, I use chiropractor.
Also pillow and way you are sleeping, but you would feel that in your neck also. Feel great soon. Oops, another answer, to what I am looking for spots at waking, could be neck, and pillow, since at sleep. Great !!!
