Eye Pain, Eye Twitches, Dry eyes, Tried Restasis .. Pls Help

Hi All,

I have a VERY VERY SEVERE Eye Pain. It all started 3 years back and since then i have visited lot of Opthalmologist. Had gone through multiple tests like glaucoma, dry eyes test. I tried using Artificial Tears ( Refresh Plus, systane, Refresh PM,Genteal etc.). also was prescribed Restasis. But nothing helped. I am still using artificial tears and wear computer glasses. I am a software professional,so my job requires me to sit infront of computer screen. I cant even explain how much worried I am now. this problem has severly affected my life. I can't do anything after going home, I avoid driving, I can't play with my kids etc. Infact I have now thinking of changing my career.  It has also started affecting my presence of mind( i will say something when I meant something else). I just like to close my eyes and sit.Because I slug from my office to Home in the evening, as soon as I sit in the car I fall asleep. I am just 30 years old . From the last 15-20 days ,I am noticing eye twitching in my left eye.  I get veru tired andheavy eyes for the whole day , however I noticed that it eases a little bit by the night ( aroung 10PM) . I put refresh PM in the night before going to bed and as soon as I wake up in the morning I starts getting tired feeling in the eyes. Once I finishes with shower , it becomes worse and I  have to put artificial tear . It relaxes for 10 min. or so after using artifical tears but after that for the whole day artificial tears doesn't help even for a minute. ( I get a simiilar feeling like when somebody narrows their eye because of wild chilly winds blowing in the eyes).
Recently I started Omega3 capsules.

Please help me what should I do ? I am in URGENT NEED

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Go to www.aao.org and find an ophthalmologist near you that specializes in cornea and external disease.

When you go in ask about:  going on Restasis, putting in tear duct plugs, using lacriserts.

Go to Dr. Hagan's blog and read about dry eye treatment.
