Eye bouncing problem?

My little cousin just had his 6th birthday yesterday. Ok so he has this problem where his eye bounces around by itself. Well they were at the lake and this little boy, the same age as my little cousin. But the weird thing is the little boy had the same problem. 24 hrs later my little cousin has the problem. Doctor can't figure it out. But what they do know that it is not a brain tumor or a major brain effect. So if there is anybody who has had this, please tell me where and how they treated it. Thanks.

I'm 16 and lately my eyes have been acting very strangely. I noticed this a few weeks ago but lately when I look at things close up my eyes being to almost shake back and forth and my vision becomes blurry. There isn't really pain but it does feel uncomfortable. What should I do?

First of all its called "nystagmus", second its not contagious, third he needs to see a neuroophthalmologist if it is sudden onset.
