Change in perception of white color (lights)

Hello, sometimes I notice changes in the perception of white. Especially in lights (car lights, mobile devices, computers). There are days that I am fine and others that this happens to me. I am waiting for blood tests, urine and eyes. Although a year ago I realized them, everything was fine but I already suffered from this symptom.

With daylight I don't usually have problems. I have this symptom especially at night, and it is quite difficult to find the cause. I think it may be a problem in the diet, maybe some intolerance or visual fatigue, when I told my doctor what was happening to me he was surprised.

I don't think I have diabetes or eye problems, I usually have regular exams. I am afraid that it is my mind that generates this suffering. I am obsessed with this, it happens to me randomly, days I am very well and others happen to me.

Normally, it disappears after one or several hours. And if I sleep I also usually improve the condition. I write here in case there are people who may be living this too. I have read people who happen to wake up, in my case it lasts several minutes or hours, and I only notice it in white colors (lights).

Yes and there are numerous other postings about others who have observed the same problem without anything serious ever being found.

Have a medical eye exam by an ophthalmologist. Ask for a macular OCT and visual field test. If all are normal stop worrying about your eyes and worry about your worrying. If you have trouble with anxiety see a psychiatrist or psychologist for help
