Eye problem

Hi everyone, I had one of my eye vessels burst about 4 months ago and it went away on time but now i have these little tiny red blood vessels in my eyes that showed up and they were not there before the vessel burst.

Furthermore, all of the vessels are always in the same position, they don't move and don't go away if i put eye drops (they only get little less red)...Most of the time they are very red and people think that i do drugs or something :).  If i put my drops in the vessels just get i little less red but they are still there, in the same exact position in both eyes.  I have been to my doctor and she says that everything is fine.

-----------------------------------------------------
I get a lot of sleep (6-8 hrs)
I drink enough water
I wear O2 Optics
I use drops only once a day
I started using drops about 3 weeks ago
I had this problem for about 4 months
------------------------------------------------------
Thanks for any input
