Eyelid Issues! (Please HELP!)

I know this is long but i really need some help!
Last December i noticed on my left eyelid there was a small patch of dry flaky skin. I thought that just because it was winter my skin was more dry. About a month or two later both my eyelids go very swollen, irritated and red, especially along my lash line. It was so bad i couldn't wear any makeup at all and i was constantly scratching and rubbing my eye lids all day. After a month I finally talked to my uncle who is a doctor and he prescribed 1% hydrocortisone cream. I used that for a month and after the month my eyelids stopped reacting to the cream. The irritation moved up to my eyelid creases only, so my eyelid creases were droopy swollen and itchy! My eyes looked droopy and saggy all the time and it was impossible to wear makeup because it would just transfer to my crease. I basically didn't use anything for another 3ish months because I had NO idea what to do! So i just lived with the ugly eyelids for that time. I saw my uncle again in July and he prescribed fucidin for my nasty lids. After 2 months of use i saw a ton of improvement and I thought this was the end of my problems! My right eyelid healed almost completely but my left lid put up a fight. The beginning of October the irritation moved up even further to my brow bone. I now have red itchy and very flaky dry skin above my left lid and now it seems to be developing on my right lid again. I've been using monistat vaginal yeast infection cream on my eyelids because i read on the internet that it would help me. Its basically just making my lids SO dry and gross and I feel like its making it worse now! I tried going back to fucidin but it makes my lid creases swollen and red. =(
In conclusion i feel like the creams/lotions ive been using only work for a very short time and then i have to find something else to use. I was my face with pears sensitive skin face soap every morning and night. I've been doing it for literally years and I stopped using oily makeup removers because I think it was irritating my lids more.

ANYWAYS. PLEASE help!! ive been dealing with this for almost a year, and I just want to be able to wear my eyeshadow again and not have to worrry about putting creams all over my lids so i dont wake up with a swollen face =(
