Eyelid cysts

I have two cysts on each of my upper eyelids they are not very big, to look at my eyes you can't tell that they're there, but I can feel them when I rub my finger over my lids. My question is, can the cysts be causing my dry eyes? And if I have them removed will my eyes stop being dry and go back to normal? I do warm compresses but it doesn't seem to be helping. Also, I have veins on the outside of my upper lids as well. Could the cysts have caused them? Thank you.

Your description is not clear enough for me to determine where these cysts are and what they might be.  The most common eyelid "cyst" is a chalazion, which is caused by clogging of the eyelid oil glands.  Since oil gland clogging contributes to dry eye syndrome, patients with dry eye often have chalazions.  See an Eye-MD for a better understanding of your situation.
