Eyes all blurry and can't focus!! It's scaring me!!!!!!

Hi I've always had perfect eyesight but for the last 2-3 weeks I have been suffering panic attacks really bad and it seems ever since my eyesight isn't right? I'm afraid I'm going blind! When I look straight ahead it's like my eyes can't focus, and my long distance is abit blurry,every now and then I might get a flashing light through my eye, it also seems i have a haze over my eyes its like tunnel vision, I am really really sensitive to any bright light I find myself wearing sunnys everywhere and rubbing my eyes as if theres something in them...This is really starting to make me panic :(  and I don't know why all a sudden my eyes are doing this!! Help?
