Eyesight

I recently went to the eye doctor twice. The first time was for a new prescription and the second time was for an eyelid infection in the left eye. My eye exam results are the following:
OS: Sphere -2.00 / Cylinder: SPH / Axis: 0
OD: Sphere -1.75 / Cylinder: -.25 / Axis: 177
Would my left eye be considered weaker than my right? I actually see better out of my left eye.  My left has clear vision, w/ very slight double vision. However, my right (which they said didn't get worse, and the pressure was good) is blurry. I actually just noticed this with my right eye. I'm not sure if my new glasses have done this to my eye or if there's another problem. I really hope it's not some more serious.

And also I had a history of chalazia in my left eye. I had one in the top eyelid and one in the bottom eyelid. The one at the top recently popped on it own. Since then, my eye has been clearer than before

Your glasses RX does not tell which is your stronger or weaker eye. But your posting indicates that your LE is clear and your RE is blurry. After two visits to a "eye doctor" you should know what your vision is with glasses (normal is 20/20 or 6/6 metric)  You should know why your RE is not clear. If the "eye doctor" has not explained why suggest you see an eye MD ophthalmologist. Your family MD can refer you. If you DID see an eye MD ophthalmologist you need to find out from their office why the RE does not see normal. Do you have a cataract? Amblyopia? corneal-retinal-or macular disease.   JCH MD
