Floaters

I have had floaters in both eyes for years and was wondering if riding roller coasters and these types of rides can increase the number of eye floaters. My family and I are going to Disney World next month, so I'd like to avoid such rides if it would cause issues. Thanks!

Theoretically it is possible for this to occur, though unlikely.  New floaters can occur through a normal aging process called posterior vitreous detachment.  You should always be examined immediately by an ophthalmologist if you experience new onset of flashing lights or sudden new floaters.
