Can eye dilation lead to facial pralysis?

I had my eyes dilated on Thursday, 9.13.2018. On Friday morning I had twitching above my right eyebrow and upper lip. That night, my eyebrow became weak and soon after, my whole right side grew numb and weak. Some what paralyzed.

Dilation should not cause that but you need to see your personal physician as soon as possible, or if you have trouble with speech, smiling, chewing, moving arrms/legs to an emergency room ASAP as stroke could cause that, also Bell's Palsy or Shingles might do something like that. Not the drops.
