Gas bubble..

I am 3 months post retinal detachment surgery with c3f8 gas bubble.I am not seeing anymore gas bubble,the bubble was completly gone after 8 weeks.Sometimes I am still able to see tiny black dots that come and go away.My question is,are this black dots leftover gas bubbles or vitreous floaters.I had a vitrectomy and a buckle done.I went to my surgeon and said that bubble is gone,but somehow im not convince.My job requires flying..please an answer would be great,thank you

I had a vitrectomy three years ago and I have two black dots that move around, my doctor said get used to it. Now I am used to it and only thought of it when I read this post. cheers

The black dots are probably vitreous debris.  BTW, I have a few after vitectomy.
