Hey John, thank you for the response. I guess Ill be off to get a proper examination done as that's a rather wide range of possibilities.
The "ghosting" can be due to needing glasses, incorrect glasses, corneal disease, cataracts, or macula/retina disease.
A droopy eyelid upper is called ptosis. If you did not have it when borned ten its called "acquired ptosis".
Both problems should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist. A cornea specialist would be even better. Find one near you at www.aao.org Also take in good facial photo of you as child and teenager so it can be documented that the droopy lid has not been there all your life. ALSO DO NOT LET THE TECHNICIANS PUT ANY DROPS IN YOUR EYES TILL THE EYE MD OPHTHALMOLOGIST EXAMINES YOUR LIDS AND CORNEA.
If the drops are put in before he/she sees you you will have to make two trips.

thought I should add that it's noticeble in my left eye also, just very very minimal.
Blur gets worse the more tired I am, sometimes get a little bit of pain on that side of my head behind my eye after using a computer for a while. (Reading sites with dark background)
