Glass prescription and final glasses

Dear all,
I am high myopic (-13 Sph and -4Cyl) for both eyes with lattice degeneration.

Last year got operated for cataract in both eyes with monofocal IOL implant.

Now my Rx for glasses is as below-

RE:  Sph     0.00,    Cyl.   -1.00.    axis 5            Vision 6/6P
LE:   Sph. +0.75,    Cyl.   -1.75.    axis. 165.       Vision 6/6P
Reading addition:  +2.50 for both eyes

Question:
The optician has made my progressive glasses with two mistakes-
                       1. for RE axis is changed to 180 instead of 5
                       2. Reading addition +2.75. instead of +2.50
Should I use this spectacle or go for a new one with exact Rx ?

1. How do you know the optician made a mistake? Who "neutralized" the new glasses and got the "mistakes" you are quoting?  If it was your ophthalmologist office ask him/her.  If the glasses are clear and comfortable those differences are very small and many time people can't tell the difference. With progressive multifocal glasses following cataract surgery I don't like to use a + 2.50 add with progressives as tiny print is often too difficult to see so the +2.75 might be a benefit.

Thanks a lot sir for your response, actually optician himself told me that the glasses are negligibly different.

I am just suspicious whether this difference is actually negligible or significant ??
Negligible
for most people.
