I do not trust the air puff reading.  See an ophthalmologist, preferably a glaucoma specialist, for a complete evaluation.  This should include a Goldmann or pneumotonometry reading of your eye pressures, a gonioscopy to check the depth of the anterior chamber angle, measurement of the corneal thickness (thicker corneas will cause the intraocular pressure reading to be higher), and an assessment of the optic nerve health.  I doubt that you have glaucoma, but you should have a thorough exam with an EyeMD.
