Grey spot in vision

Hello! I'm 30-year-old male. First symptoms were pain behind and between the eyes and feeling like something is pushing the eyes forward. It lasted about a week. Then few months later grey spot appeared in the vision of right eye on the nasal side. And few weeks later in the vision of left eye too (in similar position). With eyes closed I see two oval shaped rings that are flashing with every blink or eye movement. When looking at the spots, a hole appears in the middle of it and I can see through it. If I push the eye ball on the temporal side with my finger I can make the grey spot disappear. It really seems to me that something is pushing the eye balls (?)

I saw a doctor and a set of glaucoma tests were performed:
BCVA 25/20 (I'm only slightly myopic)
Eye pressure was normal
No loss in visual fields (although I see grey spot with each eye)
Big cupping of the optic disc (but I was told that this is not atrophic because nerve endings look very good)
Some lattice degeneration (I was told that this should not cause the symptoms)
No retinal tear/hole/detachment
No vitreous condensation/detachment or floaters

The doctor could not explain what is wrong. It has been 2-3 months now. Could this be caused by sinusitis?

Thanks for the quick reply. I just did Amsler grid test myself. It looks normal, even if I turn my head and look through the grey spot, I can't notice distortion, it just looks a bit darker.
