Head Injury Effecting My Right eye

I was hit in the head at the fire department when another fire fighter disconnected a charged air hose. It got me in the right/back side ear/head. It packs a punch 150 PSI I was not taken to the hospital, after I got hit I saw white and was stunned. The next day I was sent to occupational health and they tested my hearing in my right ear and it was down 90% from when I started. They referred me to an ENT whom did a test that showed my balance nerves where off and my hearing was poor. By this point I am dizzy and falling a lot. The vision in my right eye is blurry, distorted and crackled, sometimes when the pain gets so bad its like looking through a kaleidoscope. It also feels like a knife is being jabbed in the back of my right eye. They found nistagmus and my tracking is off.  I have nausea and vomiting, feels like a severe case of vertigo. I have had a few things happen but this is the part about my eye. If you look at my profile the whole explanation it on there.

I was recently hospitalized because I started have stroke like symptoms. They did x-rays, ct and MRI, all where normal. I had to have a cover over my eyes the hole time because my eyes where so sensitive, mainly my right eye. My right is always dilated, they did a horizontal gaze nystagmus test and lets just say I failed it, my tracking was off too. Today my vision is blurry in my right eye and everything I see is off set. I also have a tearing sensation behind my right eye. Could all these from my head injury? I never had this problem before, it seems to be getting worse. But all tests show nothing, is this normal to have so long after the injury? My injury occurred about 7 months ago? I cant drive because of this and it is making school more difficult, during lectures the teacher is always moving, they use overhead and I cant read along with them because its too painful, I cant really see it and I get real nauseated. I have to gaze off and focus on something that's stationary usually the wall. It's hard because I am Pre-med and you would know there is a lot of information to take in.
