Constant glare in left eye only

Hello.  A month or so ago I developed a constant glare in one eye.  To the point it looks as though I've just stared into headlights, but the glare will not dissipate.   I thought it was getting better a week or so ago but it is back.  I have had my eyes tested: there is nothing apparently wrong and pressure is fine, but I know this is not normal.  If I knew it was stress opr something I could deal with it but at this point the professionals here are unable to ascertain the issue.  I have physical pain in my eye and when teh right eye, a glare-haze coves everything.  Starting to get a little nervous.

I've had a herpatitis in this eye but it is fully under control (haven't had a flareup in years) and although there was some slight scarring on the cornea in the beginning it seems to have healed fine.  I have also has lasik in both eyes over 10 years ago.  Other than that I have never had an issue with my eyes.

Lasik and Herpes Simplex/Zoster and corneal scarring can all cause that problem as can early cataracts. Be sure your 'eye doctor' is an ophthalmologist eye MD. Discuss with her/him.
